Total time: 2 hours (mostly chiiling time)

200 gram shredded coconut
397 gram sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tablespoons coconut milk (optional)
400 gram milk chocolate
Prepare your medium pan with parchment paper (baking paper). Put it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, put shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Stir together until combined. Pour the mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop milk chocolate, put it in a bowl and melt it gently in a water bath. Remove the bowl from the heat.
Cut into bars and dip each bar into to the melted chocolate and place them on a parchment paper to set for at least 20 minutes.
Place your bars in the fridge for 1 hour. The longer the bars set, the firmer they get.
