150 gram rice porridge
250 milliliter coconut milk or coconut cream
400 milliliter deciliter milk (3%)
In a small pot, add rice porridge, coconut milk/cream and milk. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes. Stir until the porridge begins to thicken. Remove from the heat and let it rest for 2-3 minutes.
Serve the coconut porridge with coconut chips, cinnamon and honey.
