Yield: Depends on how you cut them
340 gram peanut butter (crunchy)
2 dl light syrup
1 dl brown sugar
1 dl coconut flakes or rice crispy cereal
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
4, 5 dl cornflakes
400 gram dark chocolate
Prepare your medium pan with parchment paper (baking paper). Put it aside.
In a small pot, melt peanut butter, syrup and brown sugar. When the sugar dissolved, add coconut flakes, vanilla sugar and cornflakes. Stir together until combined. Spread into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Let it cool completely and cut into whatever size bars you prefer.
Chop dark chocolate, put it in a bowl and melt it gently in a water bath. Remove the bowl from the heat. Dip each bar into to the melted chocolate and place them on a parchment paper to set for at least 15-20 minutes. Place your bars in the fridge for 1 hour. The longer the bars set, the firmer they get.
