Yield: Depends on how you cut them!
400 gram dark chocolate
7-8 digestive biscuits (crumbs and pieces of the biscuits)
130 gram marshmallows
100 gram dried cranberry
100 gram caramel chocolate
100 gram salty peanuts
Prepare your medium pan with parchment paper (baking paper). Put it aside.
Chop chocolate, put it in a bowl and melt it gently in a water bath. Remove the bowl from the heat. Add the dried fruit, marshmallows, caramel chocolate, salty peanuts and digestive biscuits. Stir the mixture well. Pour the mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Before serving, cut into bars.
Remember, you can add whatever you like in your rocky road! This is how I do it and I love it!
