2 teaspoon salt
0.5 deciliter olive oil
3 deciliter lukewarm water
7 deciliter flour
In a large mixing bowl put: yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil and lukewarm water. Mix with a spatula for about 1 minute. Let it rest for about 1-2 minutes. Add half of the flour (3,5 deciliter) and mix with a spatula for about 1-2 minutes. Add the remaining flour (3,5 deciliter) and knead for 5-7 minutes or until your dough is soft and comes together in a solid ball. If your dough is too wet, add more flour.
Cover the dough loosely with plastic wrap and let rest 30 minutes or more. The longer the dough rest, you will get fluffier dough.
