50 g yeast
6 dl water
2 tsp salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 dl finely rye flour
9 dl flour
Pumpkin seeds (optional)
Put the yeast in a mixing bowl.
Take a small pot, heat the water until lukewarm. Pour the water over the yeast and stir with a
spoon to combine for 1 minute.
Add the olive oil, Stir with a spoon to combine. Add the rye flour and finally add the flour.
Mix until you get a soft dough. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and leave for 60 minutes.
Divide the dough into 12-15 pieces. Shape them into round balls. Place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and let them rise under a clean towel for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 250C.
Brush each bread with water. Sprinkle the bread with pumpkin seeds (optional). Bake the bread in the oven for 10 minutes. Let them cool on the baking sheet for 30-45 minutes.
Serve with butter, cheese and vegetables.
