Total time: 2 hours (mostly chilling)
50 gram cocoa butter
1 tablespoon coconut butter
50 gram icing sugar
5 tablespoons organic cacao powder (100%)
4 tablespoons powdered milk
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
In a bowl, sift icing sugar, cacao powder, powdered milk and vanilla sugar. Put it aside.
Put cacao butter in a bowl and melt it gently in a water bath. Add the coconut butter. Combine the dry ingredients with the melted cocoa butter and coconut butter. Stir until you get a wet mixture. Taste! If you want more chocolate flavor, add more cacao powder.
Pour the chocolate mixture into chocolate molds and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours (the longer the chocolate set, the firmer they get).
- Add dried fruits or nuts
- Add more cacao powder if you want it to be darker
