2 teaspoon salt
0.5 deciliter olive oil
3 deciliter lukewarm water
7 deciliter flour

Add half of the flour (3,5 deciliter) and mix with a spatula for about 1-2 minutes. Add the remaining flour (3,5 deciliter) and knead for 5-7 minutes or until your dough is soft and comes together in a solid ball. If your dough is too wet, add more flour.

In a medium pan, add little olive oil over medium-high heat.. Add your pizza dough, then as it begins to cook from underneath top the pizza with tomato sauce, cheese and your desired toppings. Remove from the heat. Place in the bottom of the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
