Cook time: 1-2 minutes on each side
Total time: Less than 1 hour
Yield: 7-8 big pancakes
0,5 dl sugar
2, 25 dl milk
25 gram butter, melted
3 dl plain flour
0,5 dl cacao
A handful of chocolate chips (dark, milk and white chocolate)
2 teaspoons baking powder
A teaspoon of Nutella on each pancake
A pinch of salt
In a large mixing bowl put the dry ingredients and stir with a spoon to combine: FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SALT, CACAO.
In a separate bowl whisk egg and sugar until fluffy. Add milk and the melted butter.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and blend on a low speed for about 2-3 minutes. Add the chocolate chips; dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate. Whisk for another 1 minute. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium high heat and add about 1 teaspoon butter. Pour one or two pancakes (using approximately 1 deciliter for each pancake) and add 1 teaspoon of Nutella. When the pancakes start bubbling, flip the pancake and cook for another minute or until golden. Repeat with remaining batter, remember to brush the pan with butter between batches.
Serve the pancakes with vanilla ice-cream.
